Decent cover shell
Remember this is very cheap. The only issue is the edges are a little sharp feeling.

Fits on the DSLite nicely. The case does scratch kind of easy compared to the actual DS material, but it’s better than letting my DS get scratched itself.It just barely manages to still fit into my DSLite fabric case, but might not fit into all types of them. Fits perfectly into a DSi travel case though.Adding onto my original review:While it’s not official (and the product clearly states that), I haven’t noticed any damage on my DS, and it took a small drop onto concrete (from lap height) and it slightly popped out of the bottom case, but luckily no damage was dealt to it.

Pretty good but don't recommend with nice aftermarket shells
Bought two of these for two DSs, one of which was in a nice ExtremeRate shell with a printed design. While it fits the bottom of the DS fine, it is a bit awkward with the hinge of the DS Lite and I've found that DSs won't shut fully as a result, which I don't really like. I left it on one DS but decided to take the top shell off my reshelled DS Lite, and like others have said the edges are quite sharp and seem to have caused some wear during the removal process. I think this protective shell will do its job well but I would recommend using it with DS Lites in OEM shells, as the plastic Nintendo used is a bit more sturdy.Also I have noticed that in one of my DSs, being in this shell has caused the right trigger to get slightly stuck. I can adjust this but basically, there are probably quite loose tolerances when manufacturing these in the factory, so your mileage may vary depending on what you get. In any case they are sturdy transparent shells and perfect for taking the brunt of any damage to protect your DS underneath!

Broke ds button.
Put it on, worked, good case, tried to take off, took the button out of socket, did try to gently take it off, impossible to take off being gentle.
