What are the macros (nutritional facts)?

The label says pure potassium chloride, no other ingredients. Serving size 135mg, which is 70 mg K. 2% of RDA. 135 mg KCl is 1/32 of a teaspoon. Can also just sprinkle on food like salt. Since this is a powder, not a tablet, you can actually take more. The 2% number is the tablet limit so it doesn't burn a hole in your stomach while dissolving. The powder mixed in water doesn't present the same problem. The NOW brand serving size is 1/8 tsp, which is 10% RDA, and I've taken that amount twice a day with no problems.

So is this 100% potassium chloride? Since it doesn't all dissolve in water?

Please note that 1g dissolves in 2.8mL of water at 25°C and about 2mL boiling water. For this product, a characteristic of it is that it may produce a cloudy solution or dissolve incompletely.

I need to change the flame color of a fire to purple. Will this work?

Yes, you can use this to cause fire to turn purple. I have also found a page where there are other chemicals to add to a fire for other colors as well :)https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colored_fire

I have a marinade recipe that calls for 2 TBS. Potassium Chloride and also 2 TBS Kosher salt. Do you think the potassium Chloride would be needed?

For health reasons, I think it is helpful to use potassium chloride in recipes, as generally many of us tend to get too much sodium in our diets, and often not enough posassium.
