I love using this product to make a DIY electrolyte drink mix. I use about a three to one ration of sodium chloride to potassium chloride, and then I add other things like trace minerals, magnesium, calcium, and amino acids. This concoction is super helpful for my specific health needs! I like the ability to buy Potassium in bulk as a powder. I think the taste is fine/pleasant, as long as it is properly diluted. I definitely feel better hydrated when I add my electrolyte mix to a big cup of water.

It is part of what my husband needed for his salt drinks he has to have multiple times a day for POTS. This one bag will last him probably a year or close to it. I wasn't expecting it to still not even be halfway gone, even after he added a lot to a pint jar mixture of everything, he needs to make his L M N T copycat mix. I have been plagued with leg cramps, especially at night for many years. Night cramps are so debilitating, because they not only had me out of bed, in agony, they sometimes cause muscle tears. I was following a YouTuber who recommended the regular use of a mix of potassium chloride, magnesium melate and salt ( I use Celtic salt.) Since using these products, i no longer suffer from cramps and my sleep has improved significantly. In the past, I’ve tried magnesium capsules and salt tablets from the pharmacist with no obvious changes. These organic bulk products are outstanding and very cost effective.

The salt and potassium dissolve easily but the magnesium does not dissolve so is not pleasant to drink. But the magnesium can be stirred into yoghurt making it much easier.
