I almost didn't buy this because of some of the bad reviews. SO glad i did. Works perfect for its purpose and I have never had an issue with it not going off. The connection range is not as far as I'd like it to be, I often lose range in my backyard. Battery life seems to last about 3ish nights before I need to charge it. Helps me sleep better knowing my toddler cannot leave his room without me knowing!

I’m going to start by saying that I really wanted to love this Toddler Monitor product! The ease of knowing if your child left their room at night! However, it never worked as it should.I bought two of these, one for each room. I connected them fairly easily on my iPhoneXR, and I labeled them with each child’s name. Once fully charged, I hung them on the doors that night. Throughout the first night, they kept disconnecting from my phone. They would say cannot find or too far away. My phone was 18ft from the first one and 22 feet from the second one.Customer service is amazing!!! They are very sweet, and responsive. They made several suggestions.We eventually tried it on my old iPhone 5, which has no cellular service and the only use was for these DECCOs. Disconnections reduced significantly.The new problem was battery life. We only turned them on at night, however they would need charged every other day. I knew these batteries would not last long then if as new devices they could only manage 36-48hrs before needing to be chargedPros:*excellent customer service*great idea to help parentsCons:-disconnects easily from Bluetooth-very short distance of coverage-very short battery life

I LOVE this product!! Our 4.5 year old will escape her room early morning and instead of coming in our room she will get into all sorts of mischief, even some dangerous situations. Even with a video monitor on her all night she would still sneak out in the mornings, the DECCO is exactly what we have been looking for!My husband gets up very early for work so I didn’t want anything like a door alarm because he is closest to the hallway and I didn’t want him be woken up. I love that it is set to go off on my phone- even though I’m only on the other side of the bed I still have the option to set it low enough to wake me up but not bother him.DECCO is super easy to charge and set up, it took me less then 5 minutes to sync it and have it on her door and charging was a breeze also!The only con (if you can call it that) is becasue this little decco is so cute my daughter wants to constantly hug it and hold it, eventually we may have to hang it up higher on her door so she can’t reach him.I am so thankful for the mom who invented this product because I was laying awake at night just listening for the door, I can finally relax knowing she is safely sleeping or that I will be alerted in the morning before she hurts herself.

I am about a week in using decco. It was a little touch and go at first becuase i did not have it calibrated correctly. I uninstalled the app and redid the set up and the little guy works wonderful now.My 4 year old likes to wander around and this alerts me seconds after she opens her door.Set up was a breeze. Follow the instructions exactly so he will work right. The app interface is basic,eaay to follow,but it must stay open even if in the background for the monitor to work. You have 3 alarm sounds to choose from and 3 sensitivity levels. I had mine set to high and it alarmed when my cat jumped the baby gate near my daughter's door.The battery has yet to need a charge almost a week in with nap time and nightly use. I only gave 4 stars because as amazing as this little dude is he did take some wrangling to work right the first few days. That is why i stress follow the directions exactly. Also you have to rearm him after every alert is sent. Other than those 2 things this little guy is amazing.

Very easy to use and serves its purpose but it has to be charged every night; it doesn’t make it through two full nights. I also found that it lost connection with my phone often but that could have been more my issue.

Perhaps with much more patience, we might have been able to work out why the alarm will just turn off or decide to be 'out of range' in the middle of the night (being used ten feet away on the same floor), but the toddler snuck downstairs one too many times and we gave up and switched to a new system. Also went to alarm a few times and it would need charging, which is obviously on us for not keeping it up, but such is the life of parents with a toddler. The alarm is good and it's easy to set, just had issues with keeping the alarm activated, and a little too much upkeep for us.

Hesitated buying this at first because of the price; however, Very happy with the product. My son’s room is at the top of a flight of stairs. Sitting on the couch downstairs we look up one night and our son is smiling holding Elmo still wearing a sleep sack. He must have silently climbed out of his crib, opened the door and walked all the way downstairs in a sleep sack without tripping. This was so dangerous and we were lucky he was okay! I wanted something that would alert us anywhere in the house if Houdini made an escape. The app so far has been excellent. No problems. Love that it keeps alerting until you turn it off just like a phone alarm so you couldn’t sleep through it. It was very easy to set up. It made it look intimidating, but it was so easy. Awesome feature is being able to travel with it while visiting family. Another use is to put it on the pantry door. :) Thank you for the peace of mind this product gives us to know our son is safe.

The company sent me the wrong color, to start. Second, my room is next to my sons and somehow the Bluetooth disconnects over and over and over again, where it will disconnect and be useless. The app is not user friendly at all, so troubleshooting is near impossible. You’re left with disconnecting and adding the device. Definitely not worth the money, but I love the idea. Hopefully they can make some upgrades.

Useless. I live in a SMALL 2 bed bsmt and it losses connection from one room to the next. It also says its connected and on alert but wont alert me when my son opens the door. Worst money I've spent.
