The revision date on my cards is 12-10-07

Are these the lastest version 9-9-13?

These are dated 12-10-07. The same date as the download on line. I received the same from a National Background Check Organization that I am working with. I figured the hard copy would be easier to work with. Pobably best to check with the FBI if these are usable. Ted

I have to submit a fingerprint card to the atf. can i complete my own or do i need someone with a permit/certification to fill in the card?

What os the TCN # for this??

They are for employment, or banckground checks, You would need to buy ones with a transaction control number on them , these you would get from your agency, or clerical should have them.
