Great for keeping a purse, phone, medication, etc, in.And it's easy to keep an eye on it all the time

slips down constantly
This would be usable if it had a velcro strap. The strap fixing it to my scooter is too long and in addition the buckle keeps slipping. So it is impossible to use ,what would be a bag of a useful size to my scooter, as it keeps falling down.
