Essentially flavorless. I tend to hate the extra packaging and plastic/paper waste, BUT, the ease of the single serve packets mean I throw them in my bag, car, and have 2 each day in whatever thing I'm already drinking. Get it! Your joints will thank you.

On 2nd month and find easier movement in hands. Easy to use product. I add to my protein shake daily.

I used the product for the last 2 weeks and found my knee problem is getting better. And I recommend this product for everyone who wished to purchased. Easily soluble and easy to take it.

I have taken Glucosamine for the past 11 years for my bad knee that I injured years ago and none of the powdered glucosamine supplements tasted like this product. My favorite glucosamine product was the Dona powder packets that I bought for many years and this company has stopped making the powder and only makes the Dona caplets which never helped my pain. I don't understand why Rottapharm would stop making Dona packets but make this Invigo product instead because it is such an inferior product. I could drink Dona straight in water or juice and it was a little salty but this InvigoFlex tastes is indescribably horrible. It also gave me horrible gas, bloating and diarrhea. I had none of these side effects with Dona. It worked okay on pain but not as good as Dona but due to the horrific taste and horrible side effects; I quit taking it after a week and tossed it into the trash.
