I just bought one of these and it was late by two days delivery but worth the wait. We love it! It's nicely made, love the color blue (looks like denim) and fits into our cottage so perfectly. As a matter of fact, I just ordered 2 more to use all three as two foot rests and middle one as a small table and tray. We love the storage area as well. Perfect for winter blankets.Assembly was very easy. As for cleaning I will just vaccum it. Would highly recommend this. Reasonably priced.

The color was a perfect charcoal gray. Looks great in the room. Well made!!

Item was as described and delivered in sturdy packaging to protect it during shipping. It appears to be well made from select materials that should hold up over time. The one improvement that could be made is to replace the single folding catch which holds the lid open with a pair of better quality.

It's more of a gray color rather than black.but it has that cool corduroy two shade look. Dark grey and light gray. Overall its pretty decent. I spray painted the natural wood feet black so it would match my room decor. The feet come with these nice plastic washers to keep the feet screwed on tight. Hardware seems good and mounted well. Its sturdy. I like the corduroy fabric though not really black. Printed on the box was Item:OF0907 . Its new item shipped in heavy duty box. Made in China. Has slight fabric chemical smell inside. Should air out fine. Recommend this product however it was slightly more expensive than others but this one has good hardware

Very well made stool. Really sturdy and very attractive. It looks much more expensive than the actual cost. Love it!

The first one I received had a flaw on the top so I ordered a replacement which was received promptly. This is a smaller-sized ottoman that is more like a footstool. It looks great with my accent chair. The material is really soft. The grey color is warm and pretty. I'm so happy with this piece. Love that it has storage too.

I bought the black linen and like them (bought 2) very much. .. they are sturdy, have lovely cushions -and storage. They have nice sturdy legs. However., the legs are a bit tricky. You have to “fiddle” with them to get them to look right. I put mine on and they looked “bow legged” We had to play with them for a while to get them to look straight and grounded. If I could take off .5 star I would.

Pros:1. The ottoman was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition ahead of estimated delivery date.2. Heavier than expected, upholstery is tight, hinges work well.Cons:1. The shape of the legs requires they be screwed in so the outside corners line up with the ottoman corners. One leg came with a stripped screw (i.e. the leg spins) and two others can't be securely tightened in the correct position. In spite of these leg issues, the ottoman is heavy enough to be relatively stable on my flat weave wool rug -- but only if nobody tries to move it. Being a "park it and leave it" piece diminishes the ottoman's usability.2. It's a bit smaller than described. Not necessarily a deal breaker, but the square cocktail tray (exactly 17") I bought to use on top of of the ottoman protrudes over the edges.3. I chose the "Blue-paisley" upholstery based on description photos, expecting it to be soft teal/grey/cream to match my decor (it's even pictured with grey bedding). In reality, the pattern is primarily a straight-outta-the-80's country blue, with tan and some white. I can't find a place or use for this ottoman anywhere in my home, it's too heavy and bulky for me to repackage and return, and it's so ugly I haven't even been able to give it away.
