Gel Spice Mustard Powder 5 Lb | Food Service Size

I have bought it to make very spicy Russian mustard, but I couldn't do it. The powder is very weak and it absolutely doesn't have spicy taste. So if you're looking for the main ingredient for making hot mustard look for anything different at anywhere else.

The container arrived earlier today. The underside of the neck of the jar is cracked. Mustard powder is in the box it came in. Unfortunately it is not returnable.

I used this to make my own homemade mustard with white wine vinegar. Came out as good as any of the more expensive versions I had been buying.

The pictures attached show how my product arrived. There’s no ability to return or exchange it which stinks since it’s $20 wasted because I’m not comfortable using something that has been opened and I’m not sure how it became open...
