There is NOTHING wrong with checking or asking why your order hasn't shipped out yet. It's YOUR money and NO ONE can tell you how to feel when an item is late or hasn't shipped out yet. some people are just plan rude!

Sulfate and paraben free?

Yes, free of both. I checked the ingredients list on the jar before responding here. And, I love this product. Before this I used "It's A 10" , which I would still recommend to anyone who asks, but this product is best for me. I use it after my shower while my hair is still wet, then again in the morning with a few drops of water on my fingers. A little goes a long way. My hair goes down my back 1/2 way down my shoulder blade.

Is this product recommended for 3B curls?

I use it on my daughters curly hair, just brings a shine to it, and less frizz for her
