Is this 1.5 or 2 liter a lot of people is saying it is not 2 liter ?

At the base of the pot, it says 1.5l. I believe the whole volume including the lid is 2l. I am happy with this product. Makes sufficient rice for 2-3 people.

There is no safety valve for the cooker. Does all the butterfly pressure cookers comes without safety valves?

This product comes with a safety valve that is already attached to the cover, it is different from a prestige cooker safety valve. There were no extra valves as far as I can recollect.
