How come these claim all products are sls free yet the 2nd ingredient in the shampoo is ammonium laureth sulphate?

Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate is more soluble,hence less harsh than Sodium Lauryl Sulfate .

Which shampoo is best for dry scalps?

I used to suffer with a dry, itchy scalp. That was what led me to try this product in the first place. I used the aloe vera variant and that works for me. I have never used any other shampoo since I tried this one ... and that was many, many years ago now!

The last time i ordered thus brand it came wrapped in plastic! Jas anyone be experienced this?

I ordered it recently and it came in cardboard box along with paper to pack it out. Hope that helps. If you don't like the packing Boots tkmax and Oxfam sell 'faith in nature' products x
