Cuts gammon joints as thin as you like and it will get right to the end of the joint - no lump left at the end. It will not dismantle completely which is a shame because it makes cleaning it much more difficult, especially with greasy meat. Overall very pleased and I would recommend the product.

Too flimsy the thickness of whatever you are slicing keeps altering

Pretty nifty little gadget for the price it certainly does the job. A little bit gutless when slicing things like hard cheese but otherwise very handy! So small compared to a big stainless slicer. Very easy to use too.

It was cheap and efficient

My 3rd slicer which worked well for almost a year and then stopped suddenly and completel., In therory has a 2 year warranty but there is no way of enforcing it as the seller, Sotel-Electronics, takes no responsibility if it breaks down. This item is available from other suppliers on Amazon and I suggest you buy from them.

Leggera, poco ingombrante, facile da gestire. Assolutamente in linea con il prezzo. Un po' "molle" il blocco dello spessore fetta, ma basta tenere una mano sulla manopola dello spessore x evitare che questa si sposti durante il taglio dando origine a tagli troppo spessi.

Solide (Brot-) Schneidemaschine. Einfach zu bedienen. Leicht zu säubern. Nicht zu laut. Lässt sich schmal zusammen klappen und dann im Schrank verstauen. Leider ist der Handschutz bzw. der sogenannte Restehalter nicht einklappbar. Deswegen ist dieser recht sperrig und nimmt viel Platz weg. Ansonsten bin ich, gerade für den günstigen Preis, sehr mit der Maschine zufrieden. Wenn man damit nur Brot schneiden möchte, dann reicht diese Maschine völlig aus. Möchte man damit auch dünne Scheiben Aufschnitt schneiden, würde ich zu einer Maschine raten, bei der sich das Messer (die Messerscheibe) viel schneller dreht.

J’utilise principalement cette trancheuse pour couper le pain. Je préfère le trancher à la maison afin de le conserver frais plus longtemps, et pour cet usage elle est vraiment très pratique. Le réglage de l’épaisseur des tranches est un grand plus: on peut adapter facilement selon le type de pain et ses préférences. La coupe est nette et régulière, ce qui donne un résultat propre et homogène. J’apprécie également son côté compact une fois pliée, elle se range facilement sans prendre trop de place. La qualité de fabrication allemande se ressent, l’appareil paraît solide, bien fini et fiable. Pour une utilisation domestique, notamment pour le pain, c’est un excellent choix que je recommande.
