Engineered for comfort and efficiency on all paved surfaces, it offers a versatile, high-performance fit backed by a 2-year warranty. ## Description Tempo overcurve R5 is quick-fit road cycling shoe to suit every rider and every ride. This shoe has been designed to deliver the essential timeless look and versatile performance to make every outing an enjoyable ride. The classic considerations of a road shoe have been redefined with a distinct Fizik identity and a smart form-fitting construction. Overcurve is a shoe construction featuring a staggered collar that wraps around the ANKLE, tracing the natural misalignment of the ankle's two bony protrusions: the lateral and medial malleoli. The result is an asymmetrical shape, with the throat of the shoe curving over the foot from its outside to its inner side. The closure is fast and secure, powered by a micro-adjustable boa IP1 dial and a Velcro strap for a fine tune fit of the forefoot area. The R5 nylon composite outsole is supple and comfortable even in the long haul but without compromising pedaling efficiency. ## Features - 100% Synthetic - Imported - Overcurve: asymmetrical construction that ergonomically conforms to the foot's anatomy - Microtex upper: supple yet strong and durable for a comfortable and consistent fit - R5 nylon composite outsole: delivers balance between comfort and pedalling efficiency - Tempo: versatility road Series designed for the most enjoyable riding experience - Road: designed and engineered to perform on paved roads, from the smoothest tarmac to the most demanding pave ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Item Package Dimensions L x W x H | 12.24 x 8.78 x 5.31 inches | | Package Weight | 0.99 Kilograms | | Item Dimensions LxWxH | 0.01 x 0.01 x 0.01 inches | | Item Weight | 8.5 Ounces | | Brand Name | Fizik | | Country of Origin | China | | Warranty Description | 2 year manufacturer | | Model Name | Tempo Overcurve R5, Road Cycling Boa Shoes | | Color | Black | | Material | Blend | | Suggested Users | unisex-adult | | Number of Items | 1 | | Manufacturer | Highway Two, LLC. | | Part Number | TPR5OCMI11010-420 | | Model Year | 2018 | | Style | Tempo Overcurve R5 | | Included Components | Shoes | | Outer Material | Nylon | | Size | 9 | | Sport Type | Riding,Cycling | ## Images ![Unisex-Adult Tempo Overcurve R5, Road Cycling Boa Shoes - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51sA0+p-4mL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very true to size. *by T***Y on July 3, 2022* Absolutely amazing pair of Cycling shoes, and the sizing is spot on. I wear a Ero size 42 with my Shimano shoes which is a size 9 in US. Look at the sizing chart, it will tell you. Fizik's sizing chart is identical to Shimano so it was easy for me to get the correct size. You can find cross reference sizing chats for all the name brands online if you need. These shoes snug down perfectly, all the way to the Velcro strap, un-like the similar styled Shimano shoes. Light, comfortable and stylish too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfort 😁 *by D***Y on April 30, 2024* This is my 2nd pair of cycling shoes. I have only been riding a little over a year. These are by far the best in comfort! They are easy to clip in and out and look stylist as well. The quality is very good ! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice looking shoes *by J***Y on March 7, 2023* I bought these mainly for the look. Turns out they are comfortable and light weight. Meet exceed my expectation. Hope they'll last. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/97428108-unisex-adult-tempo-overcurve-r5-road-cycling-boa-shoes](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/97428108-unisex-adult-tempo-overcurve-r5-road-cycling-boa-shoes) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
