I found it very comfortable, not bulky or awkward feeling, super soft, and very easy to adjust. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Neck Support, But Headphone Users Beware *by M***A on July 7, 2026* I took this neck pillow on a 10-hour international flight, and overall it did exactly what I bought it for. I was able to get about 4 hours of sleep, which is far more than I normally manage on a plane. Most importantly, I didn’t experience any neck pain during or after the flight. The memory foam provides excellent support, and my neck felt great the entire trip. That said, I do agree with other reviewers that it can sometimes feel a little suffocating. It’s a trade-off between getting excellent neck support and still feeling like you have enough room to breathe comfortably. One thing I don’t see mentioned enough is how this pillow works with headphones. If you plan on watching the in-flight entertainment with earbuds or AirPods, it can be frustrating and uncomfortable trying to position your head so the earbuds stay in while your neck is supported. And if you use over-ear noise-canceling headphones like the Sony WH-1000XM4, you can pretty much forget about it—there’s simply not enough room to wear them comfortably with this pillow. Overall, I really like this product for its comfort and the fact that it let me sleep without waking up with neck pain. However, the $70 price tag is steep, and the lack of compatibility with earbuds and over-ear headphones is a significant drawback. If your goal is to sleep on long flights (6+ hours) and you don’t plan on wearing headphones, this is an excellent option.
