Works better than the stock antenna
Works so good I flew out of my video range and lost my quad. Definitely an improvement over the stock antenna.

FLY FARTHER AWAY AT A GREAT PRICE!
Great product! I can fly farther away and not worry about loosing signal. Its small so it dont get knocked around, less chance of breaking. Very happy!

ok for SDR (note irp-sma connector )
I bought this for SDR use and works well for general 915Mhz use. although it has an annoying RP--SMA connection, thus an adapter will be required for SDR use.

Mandatory Upgrade to R9
The jump in range and link quality is pretty severe, I wish I had purchased this for my R9 a loooong time ago.

Have gone through 2 in fairly quick succession.
I got one with my R9 transmitter. A few months in, my transmitter complained that the antenna was faulty. I bought a new antenna from Amazon and a few months later the same issue. Seems like there's a quality control issue.

Good long range reciever

Because it's associated with the R9... Sucks
I hated the anti-beginner approach of buying the R9 system from Frsky felt like a waste of money, and by default so were these antennas.... If youre buying the R9 for the first time and you don't know what you're doing yet... Don't spend extra for these antennas unless you already have your R9 system operational.
