Review: good taste buy has creatine! - this is one of the best tasting vanilla proteins i have ever tried but i didn't realize until after i bought and used it that it has creatine mixed into the product. I never wanted to use creatine and i could feel the effects in my muscles with them being sore due to me not drinking enough water to keep up with the creatine. MM is a good product with a solid lean macro structure. It is a blend of isolate and concentrate whey sources with a light miscelar mix to slow absorption and leave a fuller feeling. There is a slight after taste that takes some getting used to. That being said this is a solid flavor but I still prefer the cookies and creme (mixed with milk chocolate whey).
