Will this holds my 12.9 inches IPad Pro ??

Will this fit a 2019 MacBook Pro 13”? Dimensions are 8.36” x 11.97”. Looking to see if that .2” makes a difference in the top closing.

Well, when I put in my 8 1/2 x 11 spiral notebook, it won't zip. The top flap closes and snaps but the zipper is a no-go. If that tells you anything.
