My back no longer aches all day long and it's much easier to stand up after sitting for hours. The padding on this chair is more than sufficient. The instructions for assembling it were a bit poor, but if you're mechanically inclined it's not a big deal. Took about 10 minutes from the time it was unpacked to fully assembled. Adjusting the seat position takes a few attempts but once you get it dialed in, your back will thank you. :) ### ⭐⭐⭐ Decent! *by M***O on July 3, 2016* The working height and the improved posture alignments are excellent.The back wheel studs are at a bad angle that prevent it from moving as you would expect on the casters, the padding foam is thin for someone that is 200 lb, and the fabric is already tearing on two corners.I do like it and it's great for work computing to switch between standing and the kneeling posture. ### ⭐ No good for my type of back pain *by J***G on April 8, 2009* I am 40 yrs old and about 6 months ago developed lower back pain out of nowhere. I've been trying everything. I went to a friends house and they had a kneeling chair and I used it for an hour and loved it. So when I got home I looked on Amazon and this is the closest thing I could find, even though it was not an exact match. Arrived quickly, was easy to assemble. The material looks very cheap for office furniture. Within an hour my hips hurt. I tried adjusting it every which way over a several day period but could not find anything that was comfortable. I am 6'0' and 150 lbs.
