very good service and products
I purchased Nacson NS32W80 23 Jan with in 10 I have received and his service executive came next day, very good service and products. Low price good products, Smart TV . We connected with WI Fi and no issue in product. Excellent product. But we have not received 10 % cash back by HDFC purchase. So please try to give committed 10% cash back.

I bought Naccson TV 2 years back. It had been working well until 36 months. After that, I could hear audio-only, unable to see the video. Due to this, I contacted this seller. Simply he said your warranty expired, so if we visit your home you need to pay.he said, After seeing the product, we can say the issues of the product. Because his aim is to collect the visiting charge only. But I said clearly this is a display issue. I will take your television video and send it to you. After seeing that you know very well. Finally, he agreed it is a display issue. Then he asked me the amount of 9000 for repairing/changing the display panel. I don't agree and I asked him why I need to pay for this panel within 40 months. After gone few arguments, he agreed to change the panel for Rs 3000 and said for this panel we won't give a warranty. I said, hereafter I never use your product and disconnect call. Customer support is very worst

worth buying. Excellent product at affordable price. Six months back, i bought one branded TV at much higher cost. This one, much cheaper, is no less than a branded one.
