I've been using this for five years and it's still in pristine condition. Despite the handle being hollow, there are no seams, so it's just one piece of metal. It's dishwasher safe and practically indestructible, in addition to being a great wok spatula. The long handle is also good when using a powerful wok burner.

Bought one, liked so well we bought another. Not for use on coated pans. From stir fry in cast iron wok to release pizza from stone, the length and sturdiness of ss spatula is great. Raise/lower the handle to adjust to fit the angle of your pan. Almost indispensable in our kitchen!

For 25+ years I've used the bamboo wok spatula that came with my wok. It worked well although it has begun to show it's age when cooking large, heavier meals. Recently my son and his GF made a family size fried rice dish. The bamboo spatula looked like it would snap from the weight. I decided to get this spatula to replace the bamboo one. The next wok meal was a family sized stir fry with lots of ingredients. The new spatula performed amazingly well. It did not bend even when all of the ingredients are being mixed around. I was concerned that an all metal spatula would conduct too much heat to my hand. That did not happen even after 20 minutes of high heat cooking. The all metal handle was comfortable in my large hands as well as my daughter's smaller hands. The spatula head is able to move and hold a good amount of food so it is easy to keep everything moving and cooking evenly. In short, if you need a new wok spatula, definitely consider this one.

I really really like this wide metal spatula. The long handle is fantastic and the slight spoon effect is wonderful. Saw one like this or almost like this on a cooking show on YouTube and had to have it. Ordered it that same day and have used it several times since. We find we are using it more and more as time goes on. Nice price too for this.

I have used this wok spatula in my flat bottom wok several times since it arrived. It is very nice looking, not too heavy, but not a light flimsy feel either. It is strong, has no unsighly joints to trap food particles, it is very smooth. As other reviewers have stated, the edge that contacts the wok didn't come polished smooth, it was irregular in shape from being cut to size during manufacture. I didn't want to scratch up my wok, so I rubbed the edge smooth on a piece of 600 grit (super fine) sandpaper till the edge was smooth. This took no more than 2 minutes. I live this spatula, it is seamless and although smooth, is not slippery to hold. I had a hand made wok spatula before and I always found bits of food in the weld where the handle joined the working part, this is not the case with this spatula. I tested the strength by trying to flex it in my hands, and it seems rigid and strong. This is a quality item that looks good and works great! It's not too big and not too small for my 14" wok. I recommend this product.

Copy this from my Kitchenaid review. "KitchenAid 5-Ply Clad Polished Stainless Steel Wok,15 Inch" I got this, since I've gone through several different versions of Non-stick over the years. Ceramic, Black interior non-stick and now the Hexagon. Enough. I wanted a high sided stainless steel pan or carbon pan that I could use as a all/everything pan. I feel this is the perfect pan. I need to re-work and learn to find tips and tricks working with this. I know to pre-heat the pan, till I get the bead of water to roll across the surface. Fun to watch in this pan. This is also induction friendly. No buzzing. To work with this pan, I also got this lid, which I really like. "Walfos Universal Lid for Pots, Pans and Skillets - Tempered Glass with Heat Resistant Silicone Rim, Fits 13", 14" and 15". fits perfect." Allows me to see inside the pan. 5 stars — would buy again and recommend to friends I was looking for a Wok spatula with a really steep angle, to avoid burning my hands. I also wanted something sturdy enough to use to flip heavy or dense food, and something that would help with cleaning (as a scraper). This utensil is all that, plus... It's got a great heft, so it feels solid. The balance is near perfect, so you aren't putting extra energy into flips or stirs. And the handle refuses to get too hot to handle. I have (stupidly) forgot to set it aside while I chopped or cleaned, and even resting on the wok's edge, the handle is merely warm, not burning hot.
