**Q: does the Gxone spatula has curvature on the rim of the ladle enough to wipe out the food or sauce on the curve of the wok?**
A: It DOES have a curve, where it's even kind of spoon shaped (concave), where you're able to serve using this spatula, right from your wok. I've been cooking Asian foods with a wok for about 35 years and this is the best spatula I've used in all that time.

**Q: Can't tell from photos. Is the Wok Spatula flat or curved so it can ladle the sauce from bottom of wok?**
A: It's flat on the bottom.  There's a little edge on the handle end so it will hold thick stuff, but not watery sauces.

**Q: is the brand name painted or engraved? I want to be sure there are no paintings anywhere on this product.**
A: Nothing painted, pure steel and extremely steady.  On the handle there is almost invisible engraving, brand, I suppose, but not paint and barely visible.  Highly recommended.

**Q: Where is this product made?**
A: I'm not really sure, but it is the best as it has no wooden handle to break off like the last ones we purchased.  My guess, China.  There is nothing on the spatula that would even give a hint.

I really really like this wide metal spatula. The long handle is fantastic and the slight spoon effect is wonderful. I have used this wok spatula in my flat bottom wok several times since it arrived. It is very nice looking, not too heavy, but not a light flimsy feel either. It is strong, has no unsighly joints to trap food particles, it is very smooth. As other reviewers have stated, the edge that contacts the wok didn't come polished smooth, it was irregular in shape from being cut to size during manufacture. I didn't want to scratch up my wok, so I rubbed the edge smooth on a piece of 600 grit (super fine) sandpaper till the edge was smooth. This took no more than 2 minutes. I live this spatula, it is seamless and although smooth, is not slippery to hold. I had a hand made wok spatula before and I always found bits of food in the weld where the handle joined the working part, this is not the case with this spatula. I tested the strength by trying to flex it in my hands, and it seems rigid and strong. This is a quality item that looks good and works great! It's not too big and not too small for my 14" wok. I recommend this product.
