This worked great. We used it to keep a puppy from falling downstairs. Easy install came with everything which was a plus.

Not only did Amazon ship it to us internationally (Japan) at no additional cost, but it works great!! You can barely tell it’s there and it was easy to install. My only warning is to watch your hands when moving it around quickly because the “paper cut” it’ll give you will have you in pain for weeks lol.

Overall good for the price. Could be more sturdy/easy to install. We used for our balcony, I will say it’s pretty clear, can barely notice, didn’t obstruct our view.

Works well. Cat can’t get thru railing. She just jumps it. Lol

I never write reviews, but had to on this product. I do not know how this got a 4 1/2 star rating. My advise, look for something else and don't waste your time or money. I wasted a lot of time to measure the height and holes only to discover cutting caused sharp edges and the hole punch not only was it hard to punch holes it was difficult to pull out from the plastic. It only could punch a hole at about 4 inch high so if the banister where you want to connected the zip ties to are higher (like mine) you were out of luck and had to cut again and more sharp edges.

Wasn’t too crazy too install, just took some time. I love that it doesn’t change the aesthetics of the railings too much. Sturdy and safe

Well, I ordered the Outdoor Railguard in clear. I got a box that says "outdoor railguard" on it. The inside of the package has a pamphlet with "Kidsafe Banister Guard Instructions, model 4600" written at the top. The banister guard is 33 inches instead of 36 inches. I needed the 36 inches for the balcony for my cat (she's an adventure cat & wants to experience the outdoors safely with me). Pretty dang disappointing, especially I realized after I'd punched a couple holes in the roll. This is a manufacturing issue, so highly discourage buying this if you need the 36 inch version.

I bought this barrier many months ago when I got my puppy. He was such a tiny squirt I needed something on the railings so he would not fall through. It has worked amazing. I like the clear so it was not obstructing the view. It comes with zip ties and I punched holes in it to attach around the railings. It did take a little measuring and planning to put it up but that I expected.

My toddler started to climb the fancy stairway gate that was made for us as he could get his feet in and climb up, added this to the front of the gate and now he can't! Plus stops the toys being thrown through and down the stairs. Surpringly strong! It came with zip ties and hole punch which I didn't realize and purchased separately. I did use tape to hold it in place initially so I could get the zip ties on, now there is sticky tape residue on it and I haven't found anything that can take the marks of that off. Great product, will use foe the stairway ad well since theres lots of leftovers!
