But as you speak of special shapes I assume you are referring to cookie cutters? Those will not work as you won't be able to cut through the Wafer Paper. I expected the consistency of the product to be very unpleasant to eat, as if you were munching on real paper. Quite the contrary. The edible wafer paper was actually tasty, and had a good texture. I found myself looking forward to each bite of it. I was very surprised by this. It was also pretty flexible in the working stages. I punched out circles, colored them as I wished, and then folded and stacked them. Some of them broke in two when I folded them, but for the design I was using, this was not a problem.
