Great brace
Been using Cho pat for almost 15 years. Great for my knees while running/exercisin

Well worth the money and stabilizing the patella
I've purchased this item several times, usually in beige color, first time in black. It really stabilizes the patella and does not interfere with physical activity. This was originally recommended by my Orthopedic Surgeon. Small size fits perfectly for me. I wear it while golfing, sweep and scull rowing, Zumba, long walks, hiking.

best solution to patellar shift
The best product I have found for preventing patellar shift and protecting tendons. It's a little cumbersome to wear, though easy to put on, but it is worth it.

Nursed my knee back to health in four days
Hurt my knee on a 4-mile downhill trail run. Hiked up and down the same trail two days later, which was not the smartest move on my part, but I wore the brace this time and my knee held up. Two days later and my knee is good as new. It's a tad bit bulky/uncomfortable, but you get used to it. I'm wearing it as a preemptive measure on my next big trek. This brace is recommended on a bunch of hiking sites, and it's affordable, so...a win! HIGHLY recommend measuring for fit. I thought I'd be an XS but am glad I didn't order out of force of habit. Measured and ordered an S instead, and it fits perfectly. The velcro adjustment strip is long, so if you're in between like I was, size up.

Nice product and good price
Good product for the price. There are few others that cost doble the price. I used to play pickleball and mantains my knee without pain after playing. Good quality

I don't really feel like it helped my patellar tendonitis at all
I don't really feel like it helped my patellar tendonitis at all. I felt like I was only using it because I needed some support. Not exactly worth it in my opinion. About my tendonitis: I'm finally getting my tendonitis healed by my chiropractor/gastrointestinal doctor. I learned that the arches in my feet are collapsing, which is inflaming the cartilage in my knees and making me walk sideways to compensate for the pain. My doctor's office has special shoe inserts that act as support arches. Walking feels so much more comfortable now and the pain in my knees is extinguished! They hurt the most while playing tennis, and at one point I had to take a break in lessons because of how bad the pain was. I can play totally fine now. I'm so happy! The brand is "Foot Levelers". They really help my mild pronation and comfort.

Comfortable
Shipped fast! I bought a small for my 5’8 son who weighs 120 lbs. He ran a track meet wearing it with NO complaints. It was comfortable with no pinching or scratching! Very good quality of material!

Good concept - poor execution
I have knee arthritis, and have tried everything short of knee replacement for pain relief. In an effort to continue my favorite activities (dancing and cycling), I decided to order several knee braces and test them out. Although most helped, some gave more support than others, and were more comfortable to wear. Here is a summary of my findings: Futuro Sport Moisture Control Knee Support – good support, but hot, sweaty, and not very comfortable. Restricted movement. The knee cutout didn’t fit around my kneecap very well. Big, black, and ugly. Why do manufacturers think we need to advertise that we are wearing a brace? Futuro Stablizing Knee Support – a simple elastic sleeve. At least this one was beige, but still hot and restricted movement some. Good support. Cho-Pat Dual Action Knee Strap – the double knee strap seems to provide very good support, but when you bend your knee, the edges dig in to your skin. Very uncomfortable, restricted movement significantly. Worst of all, the prickly side of the velcro faces out and gets stuck on your clothing or scratches your other leg. Bracoo Knee Strap – simple but effective – good support and comfortable to wear. Could be worn above or below the knee – two of these would mimic the Cho-Pat but be far more comfortable, without restricting movement – although it might not be big enough if your leg muscles are large above the knee. Neo G Medical Grade VCS Jumpers Knee Patella Band Strap – The silicone pad on this provided very good support on either side of the patella to help stablize it. Good comfort and mobility. Only gripes – it was not beige, and when worn on the left knee, the velcro strap must go on the inside, where it can get knocked loose by your right leg brushing against it. Futuro Sport Adjustable Knee Strap – Very comfortable. The molded padding provides some lateral support, but not quite as much as the Neo G. Jumper’s Patellar Tendon Strap with Silicone Pad by Oppo Medical – Very comfortable, but only places pressure on the center of the patella, not the sides – and therefore did little to help me. Might be helpful for other conditions. Very unobtrusive. My choice? For workouts and biking, Neo G below and Bracoo above the knee. For dancing – Neo G – unless I’m wearing pantyhose, in which case either of the Futuros would be less likely to snag. For everyday wear – the Futuro knee strap – A little less support but a lot more comfort.
