The resistance band is Very durable and strong! Seems like made from very good quality of Material. Very easy to use and can perform many exercises with this one. Band comes with a booklet which has all the information regarding the workout. Literally can train each muscle by using this band , handy and you can carry with you anytime. Go for this one. If you don't want to skip your workout for a single day.

Love the product. Good quality. Would’ve been more comfortable if I use a grip but for now not too bad. Resistance is also good. Would recommend for beginners. Will probably try other weights of the same brand.

A good product

Well band is of really good quality, I have both the Red and the Black one. The Red band with the lightest resistance is actually harder than my expectations since I have ordering the Red one for my parents and the Black one for myself. If you are a beginner don't order the Black and Orange one because they will be much harder than your expectations. Even the Red one is not very light so it isn't for your parents but I feel a person who has gone to gym for a few months would be able to use the Red band properly. And also I am writing this review assuming that you are gonna use this band for exercises other than pull-ups. For pull-ups I feel if you cannot even do 1-2 pull-ups then the Black band can help you. If everything is out of stock just look for another brand and don't order the Orange band unless you are an absolute beast. One more thing, the palm hurts when you try to pull the band since there isn't a handle of some sort, so to deal with that you either need gloves or need to hold some sort of cloth in your hand. Edit: If you already have the Black Band don't order the Orange one because it is not an upgrade at all, Orange one doesn't feel heavier than the Black one instead I feel it has the same or maybe even lower resistance than the black band. Instead go for some other brand's ultra heavy band since this brand doesn't offer bands above the Orange one. That's it, Thanks

The band is an excellent product for beginners. Also, as mentioned in the product details, the red band does the job of muscle conditioning + building and is very good for stretching even if you are on the intermediate fitness level. Along with this, the customer support provided by the company is prompt and very good. My resistance band broke after a moderate usage for 1-2 months, however, the warranty claim procedure was very smooth and quick. I would definitely recommend this band to fitness enthusiasts.
