Review: Hot and Cold tests passed perfectly - I bought this as a milk bottle to go alongside the Milton thermal flask. Tested with hot and cold water and remained suitably cold and hot for either milk or tea for as long as I needed it. I tested for 16hrs and barely any temperature change so I would guess that it will still be great after 24hrs. It does help to have it filled as much as possible and the lid became slightly warm but never hot. Great style and large as a litre bottle. The litre bottle has the lines around it near the base as seen in the photos. Great value and great product.

**Q: How long does it keep water hot? I need something something that will keep water very hot for at least 12 hours.**
A: I  have had this thermos for several years and have 2. I find if you fill the thermos with boiling hot water and secure the lid tight it will keep the water hot for 12 hours and more. It is the only one I found that really works.

I bought this as a milk bottle to go alongside the Milton thermal flask. Tested with hot and cold water and remained suitably cold and hot for either milk or tea for as long as I needed it. I tested for 16hrs and barely any temperature change so I would guess that it will still be great after 24hrs. It does help to have it filled as much as possible and the lid became slightly warm but never hot. Great style and large as a litre bottle. The litre bottle has the lines around it near the base as seen in the photos. Great value and great product.
