The crane uses standard barbell weights (not included) and can be micro balanced with your camera bag if needed. Includes 1/4-20 thumb screw and 3 mounting holes to mount camera or a tripod head. It's well made and easy to setup. The ball bearings really help it out. Everything should be ball bearings nowadays.Cons: No way to tilt the camera if using the stock setup. (I use a Grizzly Pro system to pan/tilt)Only 1/4' holes on the end so you can't mount a regular head on it without an adapter.Summary: I can't imagine getting a better jib for less money. I think back on all the jobs I could have used this on and I shake my head.
