All Prestan Adult Manikins feature the chin lift maneuver to open the airway. Lung bag will not inflate unless the chin lift maneuver is performed properly.

after they are put together , will all 4 manequins fit into the storage bag, or do you have to diassemble them?

Great question. Prestan has made the assembly of these manikins very simple. The only thing necessary to assemble is attaching the manikin head. However, once they are fully assembled the manikins will not fit in the bag. You will need detach the manikin head when storing them inside the bag.
