Wonderful support for people with kidney issues. Only a nutritional support, which helps them function better, not a drug. Used in tandem with daily vitamins.

Love this product!
I have polycystic kidney disease and my kidneys have been decling the last few years and am very close to dialysis. I was put on this September of 2025 and my gfr went from a 12 to a 14 and has been holding there. I also have been feeling better and more energy and have yet to be sick this year like I usually am. Sofar I am loving this product and will continue with it!

Biotics Research is a dishonest company. I have tried to cancel this order several times.
I would never buy their products again. They refuse to cancel my order. I've canceled my order and even written a letter and they continue to send me this product. Don't use their products they are unreliable.

Not sure on this product. At first, it seemed like it was working really well. Now, if I even take one, I get horrible lower bowel issues. Maybe it’s just not for me???
