I love this product. Muscle Elements is just a great company in general. I've tried several of their products and love them all. Amino Flow is probably my favorite. I take one scoop intra workout in my high volume days, and this really brings on the pumps. I usually get a good dose of citrulline from my preworkout, and this product just puts me over the top. If you are looking for a pump, I highly recommend adding amino flow to your high volume workouts. The added bcaas don't hurt either!

Yes indeed I really like the stuff I have tried many other pre-workout before this is the most natural one I have got my hands on does not give me the jitters, just good clean natural energy,And after I’m done working out I forgot I even took it and falling to sleep is absolutely not a problem love this stuff!

Tried for first time. The agmatine and bcaa blend is great. I'll use a double scoop with a fit aid and a scoop a few hours later. Makes ten hour shifts a breeze. At gym the pumps are insane. Definitely buying the 60 serving version next.
