good sweat but since the xxl is a littletight on me I have a hard time taking it off,but im sure after losing some weight it might be easier..buying the zipper one now which should be easier to take off..all in all a good product

I've been using this vest for about a month. I can't think of working out without it. It brings extra support and an increase to your core temp to make your workouts better. This is thick material, you definitely need to wash after each use, I might get a second/third b/c of this. It doesn't pinch my armpits like others I've tried. Sadly, the stitching on the bottom ribbon has come apart, exposing the neoprene edge. I may try to have it re-stitched or just remove it. This is due to taking it off and on, as the neoprene stretches but the ribbon doesn't, that I can tell. With heavy use (almost daily) I expect it to last 6-8 months. Hopefully next time, I fit a smaller size :)
