They turned out to be children's action movies like one of those superhero movies out there nowadays. I was expecting excellent drama movies with fluent English talking apes, but instead the directors went for apes origin story which in my opinion is a boring take. There is no drama, only action and that misdirected style for Planet of the Apes movies is nothing but wasted opportunities. The movies are so childish that I did not even bother to touch war of the planet of the apes. As for DVDs, they are of good quality offering good picture and sound quality.

Best collection in 4K and worth the price, if you love this trilogy already.
Great to have such an excellent packaging and special edition in India. The pictures should give you an idea. Misdirected style
I ordered this movie package thinking that it would be as good as the original planet of the apes starring Charlton Heston, but I am terribly mistaken.
