Ok you know when you go to a Japanese hibachi restaurant they give you that salad with a ginger dressing and afterwards you get that choice of soup? It’s either miso or a clear broth beef or chicken soup. Now I make great miso soup from scratch. But I have had a difficult time reverse engineering the beef and chicken clear broth soups.The beef I have not managed to duplicate yet. And for years I have not been able to make the chicken one either mainly because American broth powders and concentrates all use western herbs and flavorings.Well I am happy to tell you that these chicken broth granules make a clear broth chicken soup like you’d get at a hibachi restaurant here in the USA. Dissolves easily, no cooking is necessary

I made Hot and Sour Soup that called for chicken stock in the instant pot. The soup recipe is full of mushrooms, veggies, chicken and Frodo so it need a good stick to support the ingredients. I first made my own stock beginning with chicken feet. It had a horrible smell to it and I dumped it all. Thank goodness for this stock base. The soup got rave reviews from family and I agreed. Delicious stock!

This stuff is tasty. Compare its ingredients to most bouillons and you will see this is top notch. I really recommend it. I plan on giving my adult children some for Christmas.
