Are these hard and dense like the Luxardo cherries?

I would describe the texture and firmness like a perfectly ripened peach. Uniformly soft, velvety exterior with a slight firmness when bitten. An occassional broken cherry is encountered, but those are useful nonetheless! To me, there is no equal.

THIS IS A PLASTIC covered clear glass. The deception of saying this is the traditional white pot or as the other commentator stated (Judith E Merle) "Itis painted glass" is INCORRECT. A white plastic sleeve is molded over the usual transparent jelly jar glass. Inside - delicious!
