Does this work on African American hair ( 4a-4c type) hair ? Does it help with traction alopecia?

If it works at all, it works on all type 4 curls. However, because the curl pattern is so tight it will take a much longer time for your results to be noticeable in your hair's natural state in comparison to someone who has straight hair and can see the growth right away.

The JSHealth Hair + Energy Vitamins contain zinc which helps to maintain normal healthy hair, skin & nails.

The capsules also contain a therapeutic dose of Iodine from Kelp which helps to restore hair strength + volume which naturally supports hair growth.

Hi love,
Ours is a much simpler formula, however, both capsules use Zinc and Kelp which are great for you!
We make sure we use only the purest kelp (hand harvested in Nova Scotia and Brittany) and that the vitamins are all as pure as can be. Ours is also 1 a day and much cheaper per month.
In the end it's up to your preference and what works best for you - but we have had amazing results with our product. :)
