Cake Beauty Vegan Body Lotion for Dry Skin - Oat Milk, Shea Butter & Aloe Vera - 7 Ounce

This is a vanilla cake smell that smells wonderful is extremely thick and can't get it out of the tube so I've had to put it in a jar, it's more like a thick body cream the company needs to put it in a jar and label it as a body cream it's a wonderful product just couldn't get it out of the tube.

I had issued a refund but it still came so here’s my honest review. This lotion is pretty thick and a little bit hard to squeeze out. Besides that the smell is pleasant and smells like birthday cake. It also absorbed really well on my skin almost instantly my skin absorbed it. It made my skin a little glowy too. For the price being pretty low I’d say it’s worth the money.

This heavy, thick balm is excellent if you have severely dry skin. It applies best immediately following a shower when your skin is still warm. The fragrance is a soft, slightly spiced vanilla that smells more like warm vanilla milk than a vanilla cake. Slight playdough scent at first, but it dissipates. The scent is light, but you will catch whiffs of it for a couple hours after application. Where I remove a star is for packaging. The orifice of the cap is far too small for the thickness of the product and I have to remove the cap entirely to make it easier to dispense. Even with the cap removed and the larger opening, it is still a struggle to squeeze out. I think this product would be much better in a jar for people who don 't have the hand strength to squeeze the tube with all their might. Not accessible if you have any dexterity issues whatsoever, so if that's something you struggle with, this isn't for you, sadly. However, it is otherwise a great, thick, supremely moisturizing balm with shea butter as the second ingredient, and humectant glycerin as the 3rd followed by many more moisturizing, hydrating and conditioning ingredients. Perfect for winter dry skin and high altitudes.

To my nose this body balm smells the lighter version of BBW Birthday cake mist. Its a light birthday cake frosting smell.. The smell lingers on skin. The moisturizing effect of this lotion is so good,as its a thick body balm. Gives a nice shine.. I'm using this balm daily after getting it on my hand.. Loving it. Only con is lathering this on body,as its very thick squishy balm type cream.

I bought this because I *love* the cake curly girl shampoo and conditioner. It's made a huge difference in my hair. I got this based on my love for their other products and... I was a little disappointed. The scent is *amazing*. I could eat this right out of the bottle. It smells like warm sugar cookies and it's just such a comforting, rich scent. The lotion feels incredible when you put it on, super moisturizing and velvety... and then you realize it's not really soaking in. I have put this lotion on my hands and twenty minutes later my hands still have a visible film and feel greasy. I'm extremely sensitive to my hands feeling greasy or filmy and I tried three times to use this lotion before giving up and giving it to my MIL, who had the same issue. I want to like this lotion, I really do, but it seems to just sit on my skin and not absorb in much.

Smells so good, like a vanilla cupcake but like many have stated the consistency is too thick for the packaging! You have to squeeze the hell out of it to get some product and it comes out with a clay like appearance/consistency. I had to really rub it into my skin as a brown skin girl to get it to absorb. I topped it off with a separate body oil to lock in extra hydration and moisture. I don’t know if I would buy this again

Smells very good. It is very thick and sometimes hard to get out of bottle. But always worth it in the end!

Firstly, I just wanna say that I was expecting a little 'more', it just didn't really meet my expectations. I feel that the packaging (the lotion bottle) was not really appropriate for the formula due to the very thick, almost clay-like, texture of the product. It was very, very difficult to get any amount of product out - this type of formula should be a in a pot or something similair, where you can dip your hands in. So, yea, battling a bottle for some moisturiser isn't exactly what I'm looking for in a product. The scent was fine, not super cakey, and the smell & formula ( but not the packaging) was very akin to a popular Australian brand that I love... so overall, I wouldn't purchase this again.

Llegaron y todo muy bien, está super envuelto para prevenir el corona, sólo me saqué de onda porque son dos empaques diferentes de la lisma crema (uno será mas viejo?), ademas que vinieron en bolsa de mercado libre y pensé que era otro pedido jajajaja
