However, you can manage it and nourish what is left to slow down the degeneration and, ultimately, improve your life. This particular one is probably the highest dose of Glucosamine Sulphate available on the market, and the cost is very reasonable. The bottle is quite large, so you might need a smaller one for when you go away for a while, but it is definitely recommended. PS: the size of the pills is quite large, so it may not be advisable if you have difficulty swallowing (but this is the case for all such types of pills).

I would not have come back here to leave a review if I didnt believe this could help someone else suffering with knee pain. It might/might not work for you but I think it is DEFINITELY worth a try. Don't get me wrong, I don't feel I am "cured" as a it still hurts sometimes (especially around the time of month) but on the whole, its been a massive help! Hope this helps someone else searching :)

A: It is quite a large bottle but I simply put a month's supply into a smaller well labelled bottle. I find them much easier to swallow than most glucosamine tablets.

A: it has maltodextrin and this is what I found, 
Maltodextrin and gluten
If you’re on a gluten-free diet, you may be concerned about maltodextrin because it has “malt” in the name. Malt is made from barley, so it contains gluten. However, maltodextrin is gluten-free, even when it’s made from wheat.

According to the advocacy group Beyond Celiac, the processing that wheat starches undergo in the creation of maltodextrin renders it gluten-free. So if you have celiac disease or if you’re on a gluten-free diet, you can still consume maltodextrin.

I don't know much about this brand in detail, since I started using it a couple of days ago, but I've been using these supplements for years now, and I have found them very beneficial in mitigating and managing my knee pain. There are no magic solutions for damaged cartilage, so be wary of any product that promises you a miraculous regrowth of it. However, you can manage it and nourish what is left to slow down the degeneration and, ultimately, improve your life. This particular one is probably the highest dose of Glucosamine Sulphate available on the market, and the cost is very reasonable. The bottle is quite large, so you might need a smaller one for when you go away for a while, but it is definitely recommended. PS: the size of the pills is quite large, so it may not be advisable if you have difficulty swallowing (but this is the case for all such types of pills).
