I normally purchase rotellaT 15w40 from auto stores.It comes in a white jug. Is this the same product in a different package or is there a difference?

If I remember correctly, the one I received was in a white 5 gallon bucket and not like the one pictured. I have used both the white and yellow buckets, and they appear to be the same. The yellow bucket I had received from an industrial supplier. The white I have also purchased at Walmart.

Can I used it on gasoline motor?
