Just like the Title says, they are "Dry Roasted." Why is this important to ones health? For one, most people don't know the bigger brand of nut producing companies out there roast their cashews in peanut oil. I for one can not even come close to peanuts or any product that's been processed where peanuts have also been processed, as it'll set-off a Gout Attack. So them being "Dry Roasted" is a huge deal for me! They are "Unsalted." This too is a huge factor in the 'why' I bought these cashews from "We Got Nuts!" For those of us that have to watch our salt intake, these Cashews by "We Got Nuts" is perfect for us. But it did take me a little getting use to eating unsalted cashews. The ole body like it's salt. But after a few days of munching down on these Cashews they are so fresh and tasty that you don't even notice that they are not salted. They are also of a "Premium Quality." All you have to do is just taste one of them to know that this is true! They are also "Kosher." To me this is also a huge selling point! Especially for those of us that seek out Kosher products because we KNOW that they are WAY BETTER for us than non-kosher products! So, if you buy these "Dry Roasted - Unsalted - Premium Quality - Kosher - Cashews - By: "We Got Nuts" you can't go wrong! Especially if your having to watch your salt intake, and don't want to consume any form of peanuts. Actually, peanuts are the ABSOLUTE WORST nut one can eat! Far worst than any tree nut. I've been purchasing this brand of unsalted cashews for nearly two years now. During that time, I've tried others, and these are the best. Consistent in freshness, flavor and mostly arrive in whole pieces versus broken bits. Competitive pricing when comparing to other brands, that said, still kind of expensive. 4 of 5 stars for Value for the Money. Otherwise, 5 stars.

The ginormous bag of unsalted cashews is absolutely delicious. I will be purchasing again. Good value too.

These dry roasted cashews are from Vietnam and overall are quite good. They have a slightly different taste than dry roasted cashews that are produced in the U.S. which have a superior taste. Nevertheless they are tasty and certainly an excellent value. Most cashews are roasted with oils and it is difficult to find quality dry roasted cashews. I will buy them again and am pleased to recommend them.

Pros/Cons: No salt, no oils, just fresh, dry roasted healthy cashews with beautiful color, texture, and crunchy satisfaction! Great way to add magnesium and curb cravings for those late nights that doesn't ruin your digestion and helps you get to sleep. It's more healthy than 90% of other types of snacks and you only need a handful to curb those nights where you have difficulty falling asleep. They aren't 'picture perfect' nuts, there will be some broken pieces but you get FOUR Pounds!! You won't find a better deal for quality cashews. I like to add a few ounces of lightly salted pistachios to the 4 lbs. of cashews to give it a bit more contrast to the flavor. Highly recommended.

These cashews are fresh and I have found no bad ones in them like another well-known brand I have quit buying. I got them because they are full of potassium, magnesium, and calcium, which is good for my heart.

NOT PREMIUM QUALITY. These taste OK but I have definitely had better cashews. They are also very small and quite a few are just broken pieces and dust. I would not buy again
