With 400 capsules per bottle, this gluten-free, USA-made supplement supports both immediate and long-term colon health, trusted by millions for over four decades. ## Description Prebiotic Colon Care Caps promotes colon health with fiber, calcium, magnesium, selenium and FOS prebiotic growth complex. These nutrients provide dietary support for normal, healthy functioning of the colon, including regular elimination of toxins and waste material, promoting the growth of friendly bacteria, such as acidophilus and bifidus, and support for proper digestion. Colon Care starts to promote colon health immediately when you start using the product, and also acts as a long term protector of the colon. Colon Care provides essential soluble and insoluble fiber, and is a concentrated source of all 5 fiber types, for complete fiber benefits. Fiber and calcium help to absorb toxins and waste material, speed transit time through the colon, and remove toxins from the body. This helps to maintain a normal, healthy colonic mucosa (cells lining the colon wall). By supporting the integrity of the colonic mucosa, toxins and waste material are less likely to be reabsorbed into the bloodstream through the colon wall. FOS acts as a food source for beneficial bacteria such as acidophilus and bifidus, which are important for proper digestion and colon health. Selenium and magnesium have important protective benefits in the colon. ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 12: , 1 to 3 times a day.  Take with food.  For children 6-12: Do not take capsules. Colon Care in powder form is recommended for ease of use.  Start by taking 1 serving each day.  Gradually increase to 3 servings per day if needed. . Take each serving with .  Drinking additional liquid is helpful. If minor gas or bloating occurs, reduce the amount you take until your system adjusts.  For best results, use daily as long as desired. This sensitivity may result in an allergic reaction. If you experience a strong reaction, with difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Love that it comes with 400 caplets, so it lasts awhile. Has definately improved my fiber intact. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product in a convenient form for travel *by on Reviewed in the United States July 5, 2026* Very convenient version of a product I've taken for decades. Perfect to take on trips or on days when one just doesn't want to mix up a glass of fiber slurry! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works as advertised *by on Reviewed in the United States June 15, 2023* I was having some bowel regularity and ease of going issues. I knew my two meal a day plan was going to be short on fiber so I bought a powderer product that was very high in sugar and did not make much of a difference. In consultation with my doctor, he directed me to the psyllium capsule approach and I selected yerba after some research. This product has been excellent. I have good bowel movements without the need to strain (and without a panic to find a bathroom). I can't speak directly to what the product is also doing with the intestinal track health, but certainly no objectionable side effects. I have only been taking this for a few weeks, but so far, very pleased with the results. ## Frequently Bought Together - Yerba Prima Prebiotic Colon Care Capsules, 400 Caps - Five Forms of Fiber Plus FOS Pre-biotics - Dietary Health Supplement - Healthy Soluble & Insoluble Fibers for Regularity & Digestive Support - Yerba Prima Psyllium Husks Veg Caps, 400 Capsules (625mg) - Vegan, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Colon Cleanser, Daily Fiber Supplement for Gut Health & Regularity --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/96270736-prebiotic-colon-care-capsules-400-caps-five-forms-of-fiber](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/96270736-prebiotic-colon-care-capsules-400-caps-five-forms-of-fiber) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
