The best clippers for golden doodles
Golden doodle Momma! Battery lasts hours, not heavy at all, not noisy, very easy to handle, when you are cutting the hair it goes like a butter, very sharp and the hair doesnโt get stuck. ( I am a regular customer)

Worth every penny
Shockingly expensive, but consider itโs a professional tool and works beautifully. We have 2 long-haired cats who get lots of mats. Now we can remove them without worrying about cutting them. The operation isnโt silent but it isnโt loud enough to scare them (until they learn what it means).

Great value for the money!
I have 2 dogs with very different coats. One Yorkie who has hair and is easy to groom and one โdumpster dogโ that has hair like fiberglass insulation. These clippers work great on both of them!! Smooth, gets through mats easy and cuts evenly even though I am most definitely not a professional groomer. Highly recommend these!

Easy to use
First time grooming my Mini Schnauzer on my own. Hes been going to a professional for 2 years but sadly she moved away 2 months ago. Before her I struggled finding someone for about a year who can groom my dog the way I wanted. I went to several and something was always cut incorrectly which was very disappointing. That is why I decided to do lots of research on how to groom my schnauzer and which clippers would best work for us so I decided to go with this Wahl. It was so simple to use and I would really recommend it to someone who's using clippers for the first time. So happy with how he turned out, he was really due for a hair cut. I shared 1 before and 2 pictures after using the Wahl, all was done with only the clippers. It's also great to use both corded and cordless. Low sound and lightweight. Update: It's been 2 years now & these clippers are still going strong. I have also been using it on our second new family member with still no disappointment. (New additional pictures add) Just make sure to follow instructions on care so it lasts, recently 1 month before having 2 years with the clippers, I honestly was to tired to clean the clippers correctly after grooming both late at night that I tried to cut corners by just removing the blade, rinsing and just left it. I didnt even dry it correctly either or lubricate it, I just laid it on a paper towel thinking I will be fine. I didn't even bother to check up on it until 2 days later and the blade got rusted. So ofcourse time to buy a new blade overall machine still works great! I know there are those who mention that these didn't work out for their poodle or any dogs who have long curly hair, please do your research on what clippers or blades work best for your dogs breed through multiple places either through the web or YouTube. Do not just relie on what the information on the site that it is selling it says. The blades really play a part on how it will handle the dogs coat. These will work on long haired dogs depending on where you use it such as the face, paws or sanitary parts but may not be 100% reliable for the rest of the body for all.

My dogs are ready for their closeup!
Shows charge. Cuts great! A little noisier than the Wahl trimmer, bit since itโs stronger it takes less time to clip.

Excellent clipper, worth the money, I have two happy dogs, that love their haircuts :)
First, we have two Shitzsu pups, both rescues. Younger one always never liked grooming, and groomer had complained that he was fighting her. I decided that I want to cut his hair. I've been doing this to older one for years, using cheap clipper. I wanted good clipper to make it easy on me and Mookie. I read many reviews of many different clippers. It was hard to decide. There are so many of them, and so many different opinions. I chose Bravura due to reports of it running cool, quiet, and being cordless. So First I tried it on Teddy. Oh my!! What a difference. This thing is very sharp, cuts super easy. It runs almost completely cool. It is not silent, but it buzzes a little bit. Not bad at all. Quieter than some corded ones. It is very light, and so easy to use without fighting the cord. SO it took half the time or less to cut Teddy's hair. I used one of provided combs. Bravura had no problem at all, even when going trough some matted hair (our pups get mats around arm pits, and chest). After maybe 45 min, maybe little more battery was still at 2 bars. I started other dog, Mookie. Again, I was very happy with performance, and what's best, he did not mind!! I guess he was more comfortable with me than groomer :) After all, it took about two full charges to cut two dogs hair (13 and 18 lbs Shihtzsu/Shihpoo) And really, clipper did not stop, I just decided to stop when battery was almost discharged. To sum this up. Goods: 1. Powerful 2. Sharp - very easy to cut, and cuts very well 3. Runs cool 4. Quiet, not silent, but not annoying. 5. Comes with different lengths combs (plastic) 6. Light 7. Will run when when connected to provided power supply 8. I like battery level indicator Bads: Really, nothing. Kinda expensive, but after using it only once, IT WAS VERY MUCH WORTH IT!!! Things to remember: Clean the blades often, and oil them. (Small bottle of oil provided, but can buy bigger one for $4-5 where hair clippers are sold)

Perfect cut for my Cavachon!
If there were more stars, Iโd given them! Wish I had gotten this years ago. I have a Cavachon which has a mixture of Cavalier and Bichon fur. It curls around itself and easily causes tangles which can get matted if not groomed frequently. Combing in between alone doesnโt entirely eliminate the problem because it curls right up again and is very cotton like. I used to cut with blunt dog sheers and cheap trimmer but it wasnโt great looking and took forever so I started grooming appointments. Iโve been through several. One was hard to get a hold of to make appt. and always a different person. The next was rough with her and she was traumatized. They shaved her entire tail!!! She looked like a rat and couldnโt walk right after. She kept walking sideways with her back bent and hitting furniture. Then we found a great groomer, but rebooking within the six weeks or so was near impossible which left me around three months in between appts. I had to trim with cheap clippers to get us by. Enter this beauty. After four months now not able to get in, I decided I need to try myself with better clippers. I read reviews and decided on this cordless hoping it would handle her hair. Worked like a dream. Quiet so she wasnโt spooked and easy to maneuver. I set back on charger any time I stopped to brush or work on a snaggle. Hereโs how I did it. First bathed with Burts Bees natural whitening shampoo, rinsed and towel dried. Then sprayed the detangler, also Burts. Brushed it through and a mostly blow dry (low) stopping to brush and detangle areas gently placing fingers between the tangle and her body to lessen pulling, use a good comb with thick and thin tines. Then I finished drying and started clipping using the SS combs which are much sturdier than the plastic ones. Started with 3/8โ on top of the #30 blade. Every so often stopping to get a tangle and then back at it. I used the #15 blade for toe pad area, the #10 for belly, private areas and the the #30 again with the 1/4โ comb attached followed by the 1/8โ combs to do face, top of head, neck. I trimmed ear hair a tiny bit with scissors and anything needing a touch up! Then treats!! Love that it has a storage bag! Love the cordless (cord always got caught in cabinets etc before), Love the quietness! Only negative is that the blade sizes arenโt marked when you change from one size to another. I had to do some quick math, figure to figure if #40 was on the right or left and the count over to get the size. Kind of strange, click, click, click...must be #15? Anyway itโs fine. I made myself a chart for next time. Took less time and she looks great! Buy the SS combs!

Conflicted.
I want to start off by saying I'm not a professional groomer. I'm just a dog mom trying to get by without a groomer due to closings because of COVID-19. I previously bought a $30 dog clipper set a few years ago and they were great in that they were lightweight, quiet, and smaller which made it easy to get into smaller spaces. What I didn't like was that they would get clogged with every stroke leaving me to freehand the cuts which turned out awful. Fast forward to the present, I bought these clippers because they have great reviews and were recommended by my dog's groomer. I figured it would be the best bet to get the same clippers her groomer uses to it would be less of a shock to my dog. I assume most pet parents are in the same position I am, trying to scramble to find the best clippers, because these were the only ones left of this model across the internet that I could find. I was wary to buy due to some reviewers stating that the products they received were used. Since I was desperate, I decided to take the chance and buy them knowing there was a possibility that I could be receiving a used or defective product. Sure enough, the product I received was in fact used. There was another animal's hair in the blades and there was no cleaning brush or blade oil included in the box. Is this a deal-breaker? I'm still not sure. It's disingenuous of a company to promote a product as new, with the price tag of a new product, then distribute used products with missing pieces. I have tried to find a way to contact the seller directly but have not found a way to do so, so I'm hoping this review will catch their attention so they can right their wrongs. In terms of the cutter itself, here are my pros and cons. Pros: - held charge through the entire grooming - easy to use - can be used plugged or unplugged - comes with a variety of guide combs (more on these in cons) - cut my dogs hair very effectively (I have a cockapoo/shih tzu mix) - metal plate/blades don't get hot Cons: - vibration much stronger than the $30 clippers I have - much louder than expected - guide combs aren't great. They're fine just to get started but Wahl sells professional combs separately that are much better - would occasionally get clogged (but were easy/quick to unclog) 4/18/20 Overall, I'm happy with the performance of these clippers and I'm glad I have them. It's just disappointing to purchase a product that's advertised as new and to pay for the price of a new product that turns out to be used with missing components. I will update my review if anything changes (i.e. change in performance of the clippers or if the seller reaches out and makes things right). Hope you found this helpful!

A great investment especialy if you have more than one dog and want to do it yourself...
This item is worth the money. It works awesome, it is light weight, does not over heat to burn or vibrate to terrorize my dogs like the cheaper ones do. I like the fact it can be plugged in or not as well. I am able to groom 2 toy poodles with this back to back and have enough battery and it gets a little warm by the end but not hot at all. It is perfect for what I needed it for. Highly recommend it.
