Can you use this product to soak mops, food bowls (animals), brushes, etc?

Yes absolutely. 10ml per 500ml for heavy soiling. Otherwise 5ml per 500ml. Soak or spray and leave to dry

Do you just add cold tap water to dilute?

Yes. I use 1 teaspoon to 500ml of cool boiled water for use in a spray bottle, but for general disinfecting and mopping I think tap water is fine
