This is something obvious that should have been caught and not sent to a consumer.Otherwise, the item is generally ok. Grip is good in dry hands but could be dangerous with sweaty hands. Also, if you wear women's gloves size small, these will be too big for your hands. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THE PERFECT SET OF DUMBBELLS *by L***F on August 4, 2016* These dumbbells are wonderful. They are easy to grip and they are well balanced. I'm very pleased with them. I recently went on Dialysis and had to have a vein portal inserted in my arm. In order to make the portal ready for use after surgery, I have to squeeze a rubber ball first for 3 weeks and then I had to start doing arm curls with weights. I purchased a 2lb pair of weights and they are the perfect set. I am handicapped so I have to do my exercises sitting down. These weights will increase my level of endurance. I'm so glad I found these weights on Amazon. ### ⭐⭐ Bumps and cracks *by J***J on September 17, 2017* These weights have a good grip to it, however the finishing is poorly made.The portion that you hold onto is bumpy and slightly sharp in a few spots on each weight.
