Can i do beef jerky in this

Got mine yesterday and did 1kg of Biltong (South African version of Beef Jerky) Came out really well for a first attempt. A bit too dry, so will tinker about with the temp and time on the next batch. Really impressed with this Dehydrator

What plug does this use? I lost mine and need a replacement.
