Hello, Thank you for the query. As mentioned in previous replies to remove the bit from a GDX 18V-200 you should simply need to pull the locking sleeve forward to release it. If this is not working then it would need to be either returned to the place of purchase or to us direct depending on whether it is less or more than 30 days since purchase respectively. Is the bit holder robust? i had an issue with my bosch gsb v-55 combi drill's chuck after light use so am wary.
