It’s a brown powder which you mix into your juice. I found this Amla powder very bitter and sour. It doesn’t seem to mix very well because by the time I finish my drink, there’s usually a bit of brown sludge at the bottom of my glass . Maybe I need to mix it properly for longer. Personally, I don’t like the taste of it but I’ll persevere and try it with different juices because of its health benefits. I’ve given it 4 stars because so far, it tastes horrible.
