You can use 100 mesh filter. The product were used to filter impurities, such as sand, sediment, etc. Minerals dissolved in water can not be purified, such as iron, manganese, calcium and so on.

All this does is filter out relatively large particles like sand and rust bits. This does not filter out contaminants like chlorine/chloramine which may be harmful to plants.
