I bought this to replace an adapter that had stopped working for a set of motorized chairs that I have. It arrived fairly quickly and works as advertised. The only thing I didn't notice when I ordered was it doesn't come with the actual cable that plugs in to the wall. Of course I had the original, so it wasn't a big deal, but I missed that important piece when I ordered, so maybe others might as well.
