Good quality, shipping was a little off
Good quality, made excellent posole with it, only problem was that it was delivered to our mailbox & we were never notified that it was there. It was thawed & cool by the time we found it. Threw it in feezer & it was fine, hate to think what would have happened if it had sat in there another day 🤨 Now that I know, I will order again & check everyday for it.

Very good uncooked hominy. Arrived frozen, ready to cook, absorbed the flavor of the stew (made a vegan pozole for the wife and pork pozole for myself). Much better than the canned stuff, if you've ever spent much time in New Mexico and know good pozole when you find it. Very good texture. Even after several reheats, al dente with a starchy richness that helped thicken the soup.

Yum, posole from New Mexico
Excellent quality posole. Pretty expensive with shipping and it arrived defrosted. It was still cold, so threw it in freezer. Made half and it is great.
